"Wooden Street Review – Extremely Disappointed With Their Service I had purchased quite a few pieces of furniture from Wooden Street for my home, trusting their promise of quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. They had committed to delivering and installing everything by 15th October, well before Diwali. However, Diwali has passed, and even now, my furniture remains incomplete and uninstalled. No one from their team has bothered to update me or even apologize for the delay — it was only after my repeated calls and follow-ups that anything moved forward at all. Their products are quite expensive, so I expected a high level of service to match. Instead, the after-sales support is one of the worst I’ve ever encountered. Even local furniture shops provide quicker and more responsible service than this so-called premium brand. One of the sofa sets they delivered had a black spot on it, and despite multiple complaints, they have completely ignored the issue. To make matters worse, a bed they delivered has been lying dismantled in my home for five days, and no one has come to install it despite my endless calls to both the store and customer service. This review is based on my genuine experience with Wooden Street, and I hope the company seriously reconsiders how they treat their customers. Their products may look appealing online, but their follow-up and service are extremely poor — something every potential buyer should be aware of before making a purchase."

"I have ordered furniture. Received whatsapp message on 31st Jan that the delivery will be done by 1st Feb. It's not delivered yet. Booked from Noida centre. When called got no response morning. Calling on customer care number the waiting was way too long for around 10 mins and no one attended. Order id #1115159"

"This is the worst company. They charge premium and provide low cost material. You will face half of the year alignment issues of the furniture door since their woods are not seasoned enough. Lot of manufacturing defects and two of the newly bought items had to repair. Then come the worst of the worst is their pathetic services. The only skill they have is telling lie. We never thought we’d suffer that much just buying furnitures and that too at premium price."
